How long do I have to return my purchase?

Standard Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items will incur a standard 20% re-stocking charge on total invoice value. Products must be supplied in original new condition. If there are any damages, the products will be rejected for any refund. 

 

What is exempt from returns?

  • Pre-fabricated applications 

  • Electropolished

  • Powder coated or spray painted (any coating to change from the stainless steel finish)

  • defected

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment. DrainageVE Ltd will provide a refund for the value of the item (excluding shipping costs and 20% restocking charge) in the same form as the original payment. All items being returned for a refund must meet the following criteria: Items must be in new condition and uncoated.

 

How long will my refund take?

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.

How are shipping costs handled for refunds and exchanges of products purchased through the Slimline Drain online store?

All shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement item is getting sent back to the customer, Slimline Drain will pay for this amount.

What do I do if the item that I purchased through the Slimline Drain online store needs a warranty claim by being defective or damaged?
