Delivery information

Modular Kits:

Our Standard Delivery service with FedEx is typically delivered in 1-3 working days.

Small Items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

For orders placed before 11am, we do our best to despatch on the same working day for a next working day delivery as our standard offering. Orders placed after 11am will be despatched on the next working day. (Monday-Friday despatch and delivery only, we do not deliver on weekends. I.e., orders placed after 11am on Friday will be despatched the following Monday).

Made to Order Units:

Our Standard Delivery service with FedEx is typically delivered in 1-3 working days.

Small Items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

All our made to order units have a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Once you have paid for your order, we will pass this on to the factory to begin manufacturing. We can then provide a more accurate estimated delivery date.

Once we have received your order from the factory, we will do a quality check on the items before repacking them and despatching to you which tends to be on the next working day.

Once your order is despatched, you will receive an email with a tracking information. You may receive multiple tracking links if we have split your order into multiple parcels.

If you have purchased multiple items or items that are part-backordered, we will despatch each item to you when we have it in stock. If you have only received part of your order, please refer to your first despatch confirmation email for any pre-order information and estimated dispatch dates.
