How long do I have to return my purchase?
If you’ve changed your mind, you have 30 days from the day you received your order to return any items back to us.
What is exempt from returns?
Pre-fabricated applications
Electropolished finishes
Powder coated or spray painted finishes (any coating to change from the stainless steel finish)
defected
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Providing the items are in a condition suitable for resale, you will be refunded the full value of your order.
Any items that are used or assembled cannot be accepted for a return.
If Slim Line Drain arranged your return, the cost for this will be deducted from your refund.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been received at our warehouse (GU2 8FT), and may vary depending on the credit card company that you used for the original purchase. We can only issue a refund back to the original payment method.
How are shipping costs handled for refunds and exchanges of products purchased through the Slim Line Drain online store?
All shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would prefer us to arrange the return on your behalf, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Cost will depend on products and quantity being returned.
